Intelsat official unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, May 28 – Intelsat SA’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 4 U.S. trustee John P. Fitzgerald III, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

The committee members are the Boeing Co. of Chicago; Tysons Corner Office I, LLC of McLean, Va.; Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., based in Washington, D.C.; US Bank, NA of St. Paul, Minn.; Delaware Trust Co. of Wilmington, Del.; BOKF, NA of Denver; and JSAT International, Inc. of Washington, D.C.

Intelsat is a Luxembourg City, Luxembourg-based satellite telecommunications company. The company filed bankruptcy on May 14 under Chapter 11 case number 20-32299.
