Intellicell Biosciences engages agent for placement of its securities

Biosciences company will conduct financing through Dinosaur Securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 20 – Intellicell Biosciences, Inc. hired Dinosaur Securities, LLC as the agent for a planned private placement on Oct. 20, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The agreement has an effective date of Oct. 10.

The biosciences company is based in New York.
