By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 3 – Intel Corp. expects to price dollar-denominated fixed-rate senior notes due 2047, which will be sold in Taiwan and the United States, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are callable at par plus interest after five years.

Deutsche Bank AG, Taipei Branch, is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for a portion of the redemption price for the company’s 4.9% senior notes due 2045, which are being redeemed in August.

The semiconductor chip maker is based in Santa Clara, Calif.
