S&P rates Intel notes A+
Standard & Poor's said it assigned its A+ issue rating to Intel Corp.'s proposed senior unsecured notes.
The agency said the transaction does not affect its A+ corporate credit rating or stable outlook on the company.
In S&P's view, the agency said Intel's minimal financial risk profile remains intact due to its capacity within the current rating to accommodate the transaction.
