Integrated Electrical U.S. Trustee adds new member to unsecured creditors committee

Pittsburgh, Feb. 22 - Integrated Electrical Services Inc.'s U.S. Trustee appointed an amended official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, adding a fourth member, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

The new member is James E. Murphy of U.S. Bank Trust, NA, New York.

The committee also includes Joe Lash of Tontine Capital Partners, LP, Greenwich, Conn.; Rob Butts of SouthPoint Capital Advisors, LP, New York; and Nate Van Duzer of Fidelity Management & Research Co., Boston.

Integrated Electrical Services, a Houston-based provider of electrical services to the commercial, industrial and residential markets, filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 14. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-30602.
