American Oil files $75 million shelf

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 2 - American Oil & Gas, Inc. filed a $75 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers senior debt securities, subordinated debt securities, convertible debt securities, common stock, preferred stock, warrants, stock purchase contracts and stock purchase units.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Denver-based American Oil is an oil and natural gas exploration, acquisition and development company.
