Fursa files schedule 13D to see Integral System's books, questions governance

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 11 - Fursa Alternative Strategies LLC said it is "demanding inspection" of Integral System, Inc.'s books and stock ledger in order to share "matters of mutual interest and concern, including corporate governance matters, with stockholders," in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The New York-based investment management company owns more than 1.3 million shares, or 2%, of Integral Systems common stock.

Integral Systems, based in Lanham, Md., builds satellite ground systems.
