Integra Telecom starts roadshow for $260 million five-year notes

Portland, Ore., May 17 - Integra Telecom Holdings, Inc. began a roadshow on Tuesday for a $260 million offering of five-year senior notes (expected ratings Caa2/CCC), according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price on Monday.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. are the joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S for life offering.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay the company's existing credit facility and for general corporate purposes.

Integra Telecom is a Portland, Ore., fiber-based telecommunications carrier.
