New Issue: Integra Mining settles A$31.5 million placement of stock

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 9 - Integra Mining Ltd. said it completed a A$31.5 million private placement of shares.

The company sold 70 million shares at A$0.45 per share.

Proceeds will be used for exploration, scoping and feasibility studies, relocation of the New Celebration plant and general working capital.

Based in Nedlands, Western Australia, Integra Mining is a resources company.
