Integra redeems 361.01 million rubles bonds on exercise of put option

New York, Dec. 4 - Integra Group said it repaid 361,014,000 rubles of the second ruble bond issue sold via Integra Finance on exercise of the put option by investors.

The company previously had 3 billion rubles of the securities outstanding.

Remaining accumulated funds of 2.64 billion rubles will be converted to dollars and used to partly repay a facility from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the company said.

"This low volume of bonds submitted for repayment indicates strong interest in Integra's debt instruments as well as confidence in the credit standing of our company," said Dmitry Avdeev, Integra Group chief financial officer, in a news release.

Integra is a Moscow-based provider of onshore oilfield services and manufacturer of drilling rigs.
