Intcomex to market $130 million five-year notes

St. Louis, July 29 - Intcomex will bring to market a $130 million offering of five-year second-priority senior secured notes, according to an informed source.

An investor conference call is scheduled to take place on Aug. 8.

Banc of America Securities LLC has the books for the Rule 144A with registration rights offering. UBS Investment Bank is the co-manager.

Credit ratings remain to be determined.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt as well as to pay a dividend to shareholders and for general corporate purposes.

The Miami-based company is a value-added distributor of information technology products to Latin America and the Caribbean.
