InSight Health gets final OK to access $15 million of DIP financing

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 4 - InSight Health Services Holding Corp. has been granted final court approval of its $15 million debtor-in-possession facility from Bank of America, NA, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The company was granted interim court approval to the financing in December.

InSight, a Lake Forest, Calif., provider of diagnostic imaging services, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 10 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-16564.
