Fitch gives F1 to American Municipal Power-Ohio notes
Fitch Ratings said it assigned an F1 rating to American Municipal Power-Ohio Inc.'s $450 million of Prairie State Project bond anticipation notes 2008 series.
Fitch also said it assigned an implied long-term issuer rating of A to the American Municipal Power-Ohio Prairie State Project.
The outlook on the implied rating is stable.
The short-term rating takes into account a line of credit provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and other banks.
