Moody's rates American Municipal Power-Ohio notes MIG 1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an MIG 1 to American Municipal Power-Ohio Inc.'s sale of $450 million of Prairie State Project revenue bond anticipation notes, series 2008.

Moody's also said it assigned an A1 issuer rating to the American Municipal Power-Ohio Prairie State Project obligation.

Sale of the notes is expected on April 1.
