Innovente says it will price C$2.5 million private placement of stock

Common shares will be sold on a best-efforts basis by National Bank

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 30 - Innovente Inc. said it will price a private placement of stock to raise between C$1 million and C$2.5 million. The deal will be conducted on a best-efforts basis by National Bank Financial Inc.

Proceeds will be used to address the financial impacts caused by a delay in the commercial operation of the company's first plant located in St-Patrice-de-Beaurivage.

Quebec City's Innovente produces electricity from organic waste and residues.
