Innovative Communication plan unanimously accepted by voting creditors

Pittsburgh, Oct. 24 - Innovative Communication Co., LLC's plan of liquidation was unanimously accepted by voting creditors, according to a Tuesday filing with the District Court of the Virgin Islands.

Specifically, the one holder of $100,000 in Rural Telephone Finance Cooperative secured claims voted to accept the plan, as did the 10 holders of $483.31 million in general unsecured claims, excluding litigation claims.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for Oct. 30.

Innovative, a St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, holding company, had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it on Feb. 10, 2006. Its case number is 06-30008.
