CoTherix ends contract with Innovata

Tampa, Fla., June 1 - CoTherix, Inc. has terminated its contracts with Innovata plc, formerly Quadrant Drug Delivery, Ltd., and its affiliate.

CoTherix said it intends to dedicate company resources to its ongoing internal development of alternative formulations of Ventavis (iloprost) inhalation solution.

CoTherix is a biopharmaceutical company located in South San Francisco, Calif.

Innovata, located in Nottingham, England, develops pulmonary products for the treatment of respiratory disorders and other serious diseases.
