Innova $200 million in seven- and 10-year tranches to hit the road in coming week

St. Louis, Sept. 4 - Innova S de RL de CV will begin a roadshow during the week of Sept. 8 for an offering of $200 million senior unsecured notes (B2/B+), according to an informed source

Citigroup and JP Morgan are bookrunners on the Rule 144A/Regulation S (with registration rights) deal.

The deal will be structured in seven-year non-call-four and 10-year non-call five tranches.

Proceeds will be used to partially refinance the company's $375 million of senior notes due in 2007.

The company provides satellite television service in Mexico.
