Inn of the Mountain Gods in debt restructuring talks with creditors

Pittsburgh, Nov. 2 - Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino is discussing a debt restructuring with some of its creditors, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In connection with the restructuring talks, the company disclosed some of its fiscal year 2010 financial projections.

According to the 8-K, Inn of the Mountain Gods projects $127.85 million of gross revenues for 2010, $35.5 million of EBITDA and $22.9 million of operating income.

Inn of the Mountain Gods is a Mescalero, N.M.-based resort and casino owned by the Mescalero Apache tribe.
