S&P: Inn of the Mountain Gods unchanged

Standard & Poor's said its ratings and outlook on Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino (B/negative) are not affected by the company's announcement that it has filed a 15-day extension notifying the SEC of its inability to timely file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended April 30.

S&P added that it believes the issues causing the filing delay to be material and expect the issuer to file its form 10-K within 15 days.

However, to the extent that the issues causing the delay are more significant than anticipated or IMG does not accomplish its form 10-K within the expected timeframe, the ratings may be placed on CreditWatch with negative implications or a downgrade may be considered, the agency said.
