Innkeepers USA Trust plan effective date deadline extended to Nov. 15

Pittsburgh, Oct. 17 - Innkeepers USA Trust's plan of reorganization effective date deadline has been extended to Nov. 15 from Nov. 1, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Under the plan and confirmation order, the plan confirmation can be revoked if the plan does not take effect by the "outside date."

Innkeepers USA is a hotel real estate investment trust in Palm Beach, Fla. The company filed for bankruptcy on July 19, 2010. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-13800.
