Innkeepers USA Trust official unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, July 28 - Innkeepers USA Trust's official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by acting Region 2 U.S. Trustee Tracy Hope Davis, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee members are John M. Crawley of JMC Global of The Woodlands, Texas; Duane Newman of PDQ Consulting, Inc. of Allen, Texas; John Thomas of Triangle Renovations USA of Louisville, Tenn.; John Shipkowski of American Motel Register Co. of Vernon Hills, Ill.; and Keith Venezie of The Eric Ryan Corp. of Ellwood City, Pa.

Innkeepers USA, a Palm Beach, Fla., hotel real estate investment trust, filed for bankruptcy on July 19. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-13800.
