Innkeepers USA Trust gets additional time to file plan, solicit votes

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 10 - Innkeepers USA Trust's exclusive plan-filing period was extended to Jan. 30, 2011 from Nov. 16 and its solicitation period was extended to March 31, 2011, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The company had asked the court to extend its exclusive plan-filing period to March 16, 2011 and its solicitation period to May 15, 2011.

Midland Loan Services, Inc.'s motion to terminate the company's exclusivity was denied, the filing said.

Innkeepers USA, a Palm Beach, Fla., hotel real estate investment trust, filed for bankruptcy on July 19. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-13800.
