Innkeepers USA Trust posts $4.51 million operating income for August

Pittsburgh, Oct 1 - Innkeepers USA Trust posted $4.51 million of operating income for August on $27.36 million in total revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The net loss for the month was $2.79 million.

Innkeepers had $40.55 million of cash and cash equivalents at Aug. 31.

Innkeepers USA, a Palm Beach, Fla., hotel real estate investment trust, filed for bankruptcy on July 19. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-13800.
