Inmarsat to start roadshow Tuesday for $650 million eight-year notes

St. Louis, Nov. 9 - Inmarsat plc will begin roadshows in Europe and the United States on Tuesday for its $650 million offering of eight-year senior unsecured notes, according to an informed source.

Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital Inc. are global coordinators for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering. BNP Paribas and RBS Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.

Co-lead managers are Calyon Securities, ING Securities and RBC Capital Markets Corp.

Co-managers are Daiwa Securities, Lloyds and Natixis Bleichroeder.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Inmarsat is a London-based provider of satellite telephone and e-mail services to the broadcasting, shipping and airline industries.
