Moody’s gives Inkia notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 senior unsecured rating to Inkia Energy Ltd.'s proposed $150 million additional senior unsecured note offering.

The agency also affirmed all of Inkia's existing ratings, including the Ba3 corporate family rating.

Moody's also affirmed the ratings of Kallpa Generacion SA (Baa3 senior unsecured) as well as Energuate Trust (Ba2 corporate family rating and senior unsecured) with stable outlooks.

"Today's affirmation of the Ba3 ratings of Inkia reflects our expectation that the change in ownership will not result in material changes in the group's business risk profile" Natividad Martel, Moody’s vice president and senior analyst, said in a news release.

"Importantly, the affirmation of Inkia's Ba3 notes, to be assumed by Nautilus, anticipates that Nautilus will have access to largely the same pool of cash flows that currently help Inkia service its obligations."
