Ingles Markets to redeem 5¾% notes due 2023

Concord, N.H., June 14 – Ingles Markets, Inc. plans to redeem in full its outstanding 5¾% senior notes due 2023 with proceeds of an offering of 10-year senior notes, according to a news release.

The $350 million proceeds are also being used pay down the company’s outstanding balance on a line of credit.

The new notes are being sold by joint bookrunners BofA Securities Inc., Truist Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The supermarket chain is based in North Carolina.
