Two ING emerging markets funds drop portfolio manager Jennifer Gorgoll

By Toni Weeks

San Luis Obispo, Calif., April 5 - ING Mutual Funds and ING Separate Portfolios Trust jointly announced that Jennifer Gorgoll is no longer a portfolio manager of the ING Diversified Emerging Markets Debt Fund or the ING Emerging Markets Corporate Debt Fund, effective March 22, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Kurt Kringelis has been added as a portfolio manager to the ING Emerging Markets Corporate Debt Fund.

Kringelis joined ING Investment Management Co. LLC, the funds' subadviser, in 1998, where he is part of the credit team, specializing in investment-grade and high-yield securities. Prior to that, he was an associate portfolio manager with the high-yield group at Equitable Investment Services from 1995 to 1997.

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based ING Investments, LLC is the investment adviser to the funds.
