S&P assigns Abengoa Transmision bonds BBB-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its BBB- preliminary rating to Abengoa Transmision Sur's roughly $412 million senior secured bonds due April 2043.

The outlook is stable.

The final ratings depend on the receipt and satisfactory review of all final transaction documentation. Accordingly, the preliminary ratings should not be construed as evidence of final ratings. If S&P does not receive the final documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or if the documentation departs from the materials it has already reviewed, the agency reserves the right to withdraw or change the ratings.
