New York, Aug. 17 - ING Bank NV sold $750 million of 3% five-year notes (Aa3/A+/A+) on Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 162.5 basis points, a source close to the sale said.
Full terms were not available at press time.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and ING were the bookrunners.
The financial services company is based in Amsterdam.
