India's Infrastructure Development plans Rs. 21.72 billion debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 22 - Infrastructure Development Finance Co. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue Rs. 21.72 billion of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures at a committee of directors meeting on Feb. 21.

The debentures will each have a principal of Rs. 5,000.

Chennai, India-based Infrastructure Development is an asset management company.
