InfoSpace investors drop ownership stake to less than 5% with sales

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 8 - InfoSpace, Inc. investors led by Castlerigg Master Investments Ltd. and Sandell Asset Management Corp. sold 719,125 shares of the company's common stock between Sept. 25 and Oct. 8.

The shares were priced from $7.51 to $7.87 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Following the sales, the investors beneficially own 1,687,021 shares, or 4.8%, of the company's stock.

Bellevue, Wash.-based InfoSpace develops technologies used to locate content on the internet.
