Infor to redeem $350 million 5¾% senior notes due 2022 on May 26

Olympia, Wash., March 30 – Infor, Inc. wholly owned subsidiary Infor (US), Inc. plans to redeem its $350 million 5¾% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN XS1354235217) in full on May 26, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Infor is a New York-based enterprise software provider.
