Fitch rates Infomedia India A-(ind)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a national long-term issuer rating of A-(ind) to Infomedia India Ltd., as well as A-(ind) ratings to both its Rs. 306 million outstanding long-term fund-based limit and Rs. 452 million cash credit fund-based limits. The agency also affirmed the F1(ind) rating to its Rs. 250 million short-term debt/commercial paper program.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings continue to factor in Infomedia's established presence in publishing and dominant market position in the directory services segment through its flagship product "Yellow Pages," Fitch said.

The ratings also are supported by the company's strong position as one of the largest organized printers in the country, Fitch added.

Constraints include deterioration in revenues and profitability resulting from an appreciating rupee, which had an impact on its publishing outsourcing business, the agency said.
