Infomedia India approves plans to issue up to Rs. 3.5 billion in debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 1 - Infomedia India Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved a proposal to issue up to Rs. 3.5 billion in debentures at an extraordinary general meeting on Jan. 10.

Other securities being considered include term loans and working capital facilities.

Based in Mumbai, India, Infomedia India is a publisher of business directories and special interest magazines.
