Moody's: Infogroup unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said Infogroup, Inc.'s proposed amendment to its credit agreement is modestly credit positive, but does not currently impact its B2 corporate family rating, B3-PD probability of default rating or B2 senior secured credit facility rating.

The outlook remains negative.
