American Lawyer Media to fund tender with new notes

St. Louis, Jan. 31 - American Lawyer Media Holdings, Inc. plans to offer new notes to help fund the tender for American Lawyer Media Inc.'s $175 million of 9¾% senior notes due 2007, the company said in a news release Monday.

Credit Suisse First Boston and UBS Securities are dealer managers for the tender, which expires Feb. 11.

The company will also obtain a $344.5 million credit facility.

American Lawyer Media is a New York City-based integrated media company, focused on the legal and business communities.
