Info-Drive to sell $9.1 million 0% foreign-currency convertibles

Chicago, Dec. 15 – Info-Drive Software Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue $9.1 million zero-coupon foreign-currency convertible bonds.

The company’s management committee approved the issue at a meeting held Friday, according to a notice.

Chennai, India-based Info Drive Software provides information technology consulting services.
