Info Drive Software mulls issuing up to $100 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., July 11 - Info Drive Software Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue up to $100 million in foreign currency convertible bonds at an extraordinary general meeting on Aug. 14.

The company also is considering issuing Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

Chennai, India-based Info Drive Software provides Information Technology consulting services.
