Info Drive Software to discuss up to $100 million convertibles offer

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 23 - Info Drive Software Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors, at a meeting on Jan. 23, decided to schedule an extraordinary general meeting on March 6 to consider issuing up to $100 million in foreign currency convertible bonds.

Chennai, India-based Info Drive Software provides information technology consulting services.
