Infinity Pharmaceuticals files $150 million shelf

New York, Dec. 22 - Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. registered to sell up to $150 million of securities in an S-3 shelf filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Covered by the shelf are common stock, preferred stock, debt securities and warrants. Securities may be sold as convertibles.

Infinity, a Cambridge, Mass., company working on cancer treatments, will use proceeds for general corporate purposes.
