Infinito Gold convertible holders extend tribunal standstill waiver

Pittsburgh, Dec. 1 - Infinito Gold Ltd. noteholders Exploram Enterprises Ltd. and Auro Investments Ltd. have granted a waiver of the termination event under a June 30 standstill agreement related to Infinito's Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo proceeding, according to a company news release.

Exploram and Auro hold the company's C$50.5 million of outstanding secured convertible notes.

Under the waiver, the termination event will not occur until the earlier of Jan. 21 or three business days after the receipt of a written revocation of the waiver.

The standstill agreement was previously scheduled to expire on Nov. 30.

Infinito Gold is a Calgary, Alta., advanced gold exploration company.
