Alfred Siegel named IndyMac permanent Chapter 7 trustee

Portland, Ore., Dec. 4 - Alfred H. Siegel was appointed IndyMac Bancorp Inc.'s permanent Chapter 7 trustee at a Thursday hearing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, according to a source familiar with the case.

As previously reported, IndyMac's property/institutional trustee Wilmington Trust Co. had requested that Jeffrey H. Beck be appointed instead.

IndyMac filed for bankruptcy on July 31. Its Chapter 7 case number is 08-21752.
