Russia's Industry & Construction Bank to issue dollar-denominated 10-year notes Sept. 19 week

New York, Sept. 16 - Industry & Construction Bank plans to issue dollar-denominated 10-year notes (Ba3//B+) during the week of Sept. 19, according to a market source.
The issue will be structured as loan participation notes and lower Tier II notes.
The notes will also be non-callable for five years.
Pricing is expected after the Sept. 20 roadshow, which takes place in London.
ABN Amro and Deutsche Bank are running the Regulation S transaction for the St. Petersburg, Russia-based financial institution.
