Mexico's Industrias Unidas marketing $200 million 10-year notes via Morgan Stanley

St. Louis, Nov. 3 - Mexican copper products manufacturer Industrias Unidas, SA de CV is expected to price a $200 million offering of 10-year senior notes on Monday, according to an informed source.

Price talk is 11½%.

Morgan Stanley is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The notes will come with five years of call protection.

The expected issuer ratings are B2 from Moody's Investors Service and B from Standard & Poor's.

The prospective issuer produces copper tubing, wire and cable, valves, controls, residential wiring devices, distribution transformers, and watt-hour meters.
