Moody's reviews ISD

Moody's Investors Service said it put the B1 corporate family rating for Industrial Union of Donbass on review for possible downgrade.

The action was prompted by recent collapse in demand for steel products and consequential reduction in prices for steel products as well as the low visibility for prospects of short-term recovery and the current limitations for Ukrainian companies to receive funding from their banks, the agency said.

These developments are expected to have a negative effect on the company's profitability and cash flow generation, the agency noted.
