Ukraine's Industrial Union of Donbass pulls dollar-dominated five-year issue

By Aaron Hochman-Zimmerman

New York, July 24 - Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD) announced the withdrawal of its dollar-dominated five-year bonds (B1/B+), according to a market source.

Preliminary guidance of 9% to 9¼% had been released.

JP Morgan and Citigroup were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The Donetsk, Ukraine-based industrial materials manufacturer pulled the deal due to current market conditions and decided to pursue other financing alternatives.
