Ukraine's Industrial Union of Donbass talks dollar-dominated senior notes at 9% to 9¼%

New York, July 20 - Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD) released talk of 9% to 9¼% for its offering of dollar-dominated senior notes (B1/B+), according to a source close to the deal.

Pricing is expected early in the week of July 23.

JP Morgan and Citigroup are the bookrunners.

The deal is offered under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

ISD is a Donetsk, Ukraine-based industrial materials manufacturer.
