Ukraine's Industrial Union of Donbass plans dollar-dominated issue

New York, July 9 - Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD) announced plans to sell new dollar-dominated bonds (B1/B+), according to a source close to the deal.

Pricing is expected late in the week of July 16.

JP Morgan will act as the bookrunner.

The deal is filed under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

ISD is a Donetsk, Ukraine-based industrial materials manufacturer.
