S&P: International Lease view negative
Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on International Lease Finance Corp. (AA-/negative/A-1+) to negative from stable.
S&P said the revision is based on the outlook change on indirect parent American International Group Inc. (AA/negative/A-1+) to negative from stable.
Ratings reflect a diversified global airline customer base, ownership of a diverse portfolio of new-technology aircraft with relatively stable asset values and potential support from AIG, the agency said.
